Our members-only events, though exclusive, are designed to feel personal rather than formal - combining carefully selected pours, elevated food pairings and an atmosphere that encourages connection and discovery.

Once per quarter the O.W.C. will meet for a Tasting and food pairing event. This will feature some of our top shelf and most exclusive bourbons alongside elevated hospitality and pairings from Chef, Marc Cavanaugh.

Upon becoming a member you will be presented with an O.W.C. Key; this will give you access a select range of rare whiskeys, reserved for our members. These can be purchased on any visit to our restaurant.

Most importantly giving members the opportunity to sample some our rarest and most prestigious whiskeys.
