At its core, Oxford Whiskey Collective is about creating memorable experiences and bringing together those who enjoy exceptional whiskey, thoughtful hospitality and good conversation.

Our members-only events, though exclusive, are designed to feel personal rather than formal - combining carefully selected pours, elevated food pairings and an atmosphere that encourages connection and discovery.

  • Once per quarter the O.W.C. will meet for a Tasting and food pairing event. This will feature some of our top shelf and most exclusive bourbons alongside elevated hospitality and pairings from Chef, Marc Cavanaugh.

  • Upon becoming a member you will be presented with an O.W.C. Key; this will give you access a select range of rare whiskeys, reserved for our members. These can be purchased on any visit to our restaurant.

  • Compare potential Carolina Whiskey blends and be a part of our future bottlings.

Carefully selected pours and seasonal pairings from Verdigris Restaurant’s Executive Chef; Marc Cavanaugh elevating each experience. Most importantly giving members the opportunity to sample some our rarest and most prestigious whiskeys.
